Our front desk is always willing to accommodate our guests, and when requested, their rooms will be cleaned earlier. Our rooms are cleaned on a rotating schedule when the typical guest is enjoying our daytime amenities, and we apologize that you had to go back to an unclean room at 2:00pm. Reviews such as yours are extremely rare and obviously disappointing when our aim is to deliver a consistent luxury experience to all of our guests.
